My next topic I would like to talk
about is my collection for sneakers which became addictive over the
years. I might not be on the same level as other sneakerheads, but I do
have about 40 pairs. This is the term that we are described as in the
community. My collection first started when I became a senior in High
School and then the addiction progressed I was buying a new pair of
sneakers every week literally. I had to throw out the boxes prior coming
home and hide the sneakers in my bag, reason was that my parents
flipped out whenever they saw a new pair of shoes. I didn't buy ordinary
sneakers I bought sneakers that were actually more exclusive and cost a
lot of money. My favorite pair that I bought are called "what the
dunks" there by Nike and are skateboarding shoes. Alot of my favorite
sneakers are Nike sb I like them because they have very unique designs,
very comfortable and just look great. I'm not one of those type of
people who would stand in line and wait for the sneakers to drop never
did that I always ended up overpaying for a lot of my sneakers but its
ok because there all worth it. Another reason I do love my sneakers is
because I break necks with them. This is another term that is used
within the sneaker world. When you have a hot pair of sneakers on and
people just look at them as you walk by and as you turn around and
people are still looking at them that is called neck breaking! I have
sneakers that were released in the 90's but I'm not able to wear them
due to there age and I'm afraid they'll just collapse on me. I already
experienced this a few times I wasn't far from my house but not close
either. My old age sneakers collapsed in public places like school, bus
and the park. I had to go home immediately. I did have them fixed by
going to shoe repair spots around my house. I will keep all my sneakers
and just for the fact that I bought every pair with my own money and I
usually buy what I like/keep. Waiting for sneaker releases is actually a
very good business I know I had some friends who would actually do this
from time to time. I would say I spent about $4500 just on sneakers
alone. My clothing collection is a different story. As I got older I cut
down on collecting just because I have to focus more on school and I
dont have a great job that pays me much but I do enjoy working there. I
forever will keep collecting things that capture my eye and it is my
personal collection which I dearly appreciate!!

Patriots nfl games
I would like to start off by describing my experience going to some NFL games particularly when the New England Patriots would play. I have been to 4 NFL games. Three of them were regular season games. The 4th game that I went to recently was a playoff game and at the Foxboro stadium where the Patriots actually play. The three season games that I went to were in New Jersey and was when the Patriots play both the Jets and the Giants. The experience being at a home team stadium and wearing the opponents jersey really is not good for you. Reason I know this is because me and my friend were verbally abused as people were actually thinking we were from Boston. I cant say many of the negative things being said to us but I do remember people telling us take the I-95 back where we came from. Just the experience being at the game itself was intense. The tickets were pretty expensive but I treated myself good anyways and we usually sat on the patriots sideline where there were fans just like us. While the Patriots were warming up we got to actually converse with a few players a couple of friendly words exchanged. Other players actually recognized us by the amount of noise we were making and it was a crazy time just being there. Funny thing is though that these 3 games that we went to the patriots lost. Coming out the stadium I could not hear a thing because of how loud it was and while we were walking back to the car giant and jets fans would talk alot of smack to us, but its best not to say anything back to avoid problems. The playoff game me and my friend went to was even crazier than the regular season games. We drove 4 hours to the Patriots stadium going through Connecticut and Rhode Island so I was able to see how different places are from NY. The only part that was horrible about this trip was that it poured all day long literally until the second quarter finished. People from Boston are very friendly and have a funny accent when they say certain words which I thought was hilarious. There was this CBS bar located by the stadium which had some pretty amazing wings and very good beer. The patriots did actually win this game and the seats we had very amazing. We had to stand the whole time because nobody sat down everybody was getting drunk, crazy, loud whether it was the offense or defense that played. This was a great memory to have and I'm hoping to travel again to do something like this. The next day really sucked because I had to get my wisdom tooth removed and after the numbness wore off I was in alot of pain but still had a good memory of that game.
